Culture ambassadors are cross-functional teams nominated by executives to work with Great Mondays. Throughout our engagement with Bonterra, we collaborated with these high potential employees resulting in compelling values and powerful project momentum.
What is the purpose of a modern library?
Facing cultural fragmentation across 26 branches, we partnered with the DC Public Library to build a unified culture platform rooted in purpose, inclusivity, and service. Through staff-driven research, practical tools like a custom Culture Playbook, and values-based leadership training, we helped create a shared way of working that reconnected employees to their mission and to one another.
