    Amid a major strategic shift Agilent, a global life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical company asked us to help redefine its culture—clarifying values, aligning leaders, and restoring trust across teams.     Benefits communication is often understood as necessary, but rarely created to be employee-focused. At Walmart, we turned the basics of parental leave and health support into a clear, human experience that employees could actually feel, proving that even the “boring” stuff can become culture in action.

    How do you anchor a high-stress global team?

    Faced with growing complexity and misalignment, Apple’s global security organization turned to us to help transform their company values into a practical leadership framework. Through interactive manager workshops that provided actionable tools, we helped leaders apply those values in real time—creating clearer expectations, stronger collaboration, and a more consistent way of working across the organization.

    How Creating New Values Strengthened a High-Risk M&A Deal

    As four organizations came together to form Bonterra, we helped define a set of shared values to unify employees and support retention through a time of major change. Co-created with culture ambassadors and brought to life in moments that mattered, the values became a foundation for decision-making, alignment, and inclusive leadership.

    CULTURE AMBASSADORS

    Culture ambassadors are cross-functional teams nominated by executives to work with Great Mondays. Throughout our engagement with Bonterra, we collaborated with these high potential employees resulting in compelling values and powerful project momentum.

    DC Public Library: Culture Platform Development & Implementation

    What is the purpose of a modern library?

    Facing cultural fragmentation across 26 branches, we partnered with the DC Public Library to build a unified culture platform rooted in purpose, inclusivity, and service. Through staff-driven research, practical tools like a custom Culture Playbook, and values-based leadership training, we helped create a shared way of working that reconnected employees to their mission and to one another.

    The culture playbook we wrote and designed was distributed to all 500 members of the staff. It encompassed their new culture platform including the library’s purpose, values, activation examples, and work pages for individuals and managers.
